AiryRides Booking Conditions

Home/AiryRides Booking Conditions

The following booking conditions apply to all bookings for transportation services to be provided by transportation service providers registered directly with the AiryRides platform.

Special conditions apply to bookings to be provided by transportation service providers registered with third-party applications such as taxi dispatch centers, where the price is determined using a taxi meter.

1. General Information

1.1 Vehicle & Booking Classes

The vehicle pictures shown on the platform serve exclusively to illustrate the different vehicle classes that belong to the individual car categories. Please note that any vehicle within the selected category may be assigned to your booking.

1.2 Rules in the Vehicle

  • No smoking in the vehicle
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times
  • The vehicle must be treated with care

In the event of non-compliance or inappropriate behavior (including vandalism or actions that make the driver feel unsafe or uncomfortable), the full agreed fare remains payable. Additionally, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge for any damages caused.

1.3 Transport of Minors

Child Seats:

If a child seat is required, the type must be specified during booking. Failure to provide this information may result in the ride being canceled due to safety regulations, and the full fare may still be charged.

Unaccompanied Minors:

Transport of unaccompanied minors is subject to approval by the Service Provider. AiryRides does not guarantee availability for such services. Customers must coordinate directly with the Service Provider.

Requests beyond standard services require availability confirmation. If not confirmed, standard cancellation policies apply.

1.4 Transport of Animals

If traveling with an animal, this must be indicated during booking under "Notes to Driver." Approval depends on the Service Provider. Passengers must comply with all applicable laws regarding animal transport, including proper carriers where required.

1.5 Luggage

Luggage allowance depends on the selected vehicle class. If traveling with excess or special luggage, this must be indicated during booking. Acceptance is subject to Service Provider approval. Unaccompanied luggage transport is also subject to approval and must be arranged in advance.
